- Call for utility locates before we dig (it’s a law)
- Protect working area with tarps, plywood, plastic and etc
- Excavate ground beside a foundation wall (area where repair is needed)
- Foundation wall preparation: cleaning from dirt, power wash, dry time and etc
- Fix all cracks and gaps with hydraulic cement
- Apply parging mix if it’s needed
- Foundation Coating using an “Aqua Block”
- Perforated weeping tile installation with filter cloth and putting a gravel around weeping tile (extra filter cloth may be required)
- Attach drainage membrane to a foundation wall
- Back fill dirt with ground compaction
- Clean job site
